Adding content from Microsoft Word

Adding Content from Microsoft Word
Even though CMS has features that look and operate very much like features in Microsoft Word, the two are not 100% compatible. Microsoft Word documents contain formatting that makes it difficult to simply "Cut and Paste" text from Word into CMS. There are several easy solutions to eliminating this formatting, which will save hours of frustration when text pasted from Word does not act as you expect.

Paste From Word
To paste text that has been copied or cut from Microsoft Word, click the Paste from Word icon.  A pop-up box will appear.

Paste text inside the box by using Ctrl+V, then click OK. Your text will be inserted into the Page Editor with all formatting removed.

Remove Format
You can also use the Remove Formaicon to remove formatting from text after it has been pasted into Page Editor. Just highlight the text and click the button, and your text is ready to go!
