Once you are logged in, you are presented with links to logout, edit your wish list, and filter the gift lists to one specific person. Down further, people names with their wish lists are sorted in alphabetical order. The 'Purchased' button allows a gift giver to tell other people (but not the giftee!) that this item has already been purchased by removing it from the gift receiver's public list.

In the edit wish list page, all items are listed, even ones that have been "Purchased" in the gift registry, as to not tip off the person that an item has been bought for them. If you receive a gift, simply click delete in the list. URLs can be captured for easy linking to shopping websites.
