Lead Registration
MagicLamp's comprehensive Lead Registration System allows lead capture forms to be placed on any page, routed through a central system and offer payloads ranging from emailed documents to extended access to the website. The Lead Registration System can push lead information into a local database, email, or to a CRM system like SalesForce via XML.

Once a form is filled out on the your website, it is taken through the MagicActions engine. The following actions are taken with the new lead information:
An e-mail notification is sent to your Sales and Marketing team
As soon as a form is submitted, Sales and Marketing will receive an e-mail with the lead data. MagicLamp will set up the e-mail to include the visible form fields (Name, Phone Number, E-mail, etc.), hidden fields (files requested, lead source, whether the data was sent to SalesForce), and automatic fields (origination URL, page submitted from, and IP Address).
An e-mail (with or without file attachments) is sent to the Registrant
Registrants will receive e-mails thanking them for submitting their information and notifying them that appropriate actions will be taken depending on the information they requested in the form.
Google Analytics tracks the lead according to objectives put in place via the Lead Registration System
MagicLamp will set in place tracking markers based on particular Goals or Events.
Lead data is exported to an XLS or CSV file
You will be able to export XLS or CSV files of leads from within your Content Management System.
SalesForce
MagicLamp can set up the Web-to-Lead functionality in SalesForce, including all potential form fields (files, sublead, origination URL), and send the form results to SalesForce via XML. MagicLamp will set up the conversion engine with your SalesForce Account ID, and add in the custom field names. This is typically a one-time operation.
